GMA provided the full technical design service for this striking contemporary dwelling, working closely with the clients to refine and adapt the design to suit both the site conditions and their lifestyle requirements. Set within rolling countryside, the house is carefully positioned to frame glimpses of the surrounding landscape while maintaining a strong connection to its rural setting.

The design is deeply rooted in context, with the linear form and charred timber cladding echoing the agricultural vernacular. A landscaped roof further ties the building into its setting, softening the presence of the architecture and enhancing biodiversity. Internally, a clean and minimal palette combines with generous glazing to create bright, open spaces with a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
